How Are You Different?

In addition to our Core Values, we differentiate ourselves in the following ways:

  • Emphasis on Measurable Results: All engagements begin with "baseline" measurements to ensure that a significant impact is achieved throughout the engagement. All measures correspond to strategic objectives; ultimately resulting in a positive impact to the bottom line.
  • Emphasis on Implementation and Follow-through: We make sure that solutions are developed collaboratively, are implemented, and are taught to our clients (for self-sufficiency) where applicable. Improvements are "locked-in" using standard operating procedures, process design techniques, staff engagement, and performance management tools, to ensure sustainability.

Who Are You?
The Crossroads Group consists of a team of individuals with combined expertise in the areas of management, survey design and reporting, process improvement, and strategic planning.

What About Confidentiality?
All engagements are initiated with a written confidentiality guarantee ensuring that nothing learned about a client before, during, or after an engagement will be revealed to any third party outside of our firm. Business Associate agreements are also provided incorporating current confidentiality requirements.
